Begin with safety, not pressure.
Real Christian Sex exists to help married couples talk about intimacy in a way that protects dignity, faith, and mutual care.
Who this is for
This resource is for married Christian adults and engaged adults preparing for marriage. It is for couples who want to build honest communication around intimacy without becoming crude, careless, or dismissive of each other's feelings.
What we believe
- Sex in marriage should be rooted in covenant, tenderness, honour, and mutual care.
- No spouse should be pressured, mocked, manipulated, or spiritually bullied.
- Silence does not protect marriages. Safe conversation does.
- Some issues need professional counselling, medical advice, pastoral care, or safeguarding support.
The best first step
Download the free conversation starter and schedule one private conversation with your spouse. Do not try to fix everything in one sitting. The goal is to listen, understand, and create safety.
Three ground rules
- No ambush: agree a time before starting the conversation.
- No accusation: speak from your own experience rather than attacking your spouse.
- No pressure: the goal is understanding before action.
