Sex Is Not a Weapon, Reward, or Demand
A Christian view of intimacy must protect dignity, consent, tenderness, and mutual care.
In marriage, intimacy should never become a weapon, a reward system, a bargaining chip, or a demand. That kind of pattern damages trust.
Mutual care matters
Christian marriage calls both spouses to honour one another. That means desire must be handled with truth and tenderness. It also means avoidance, punishment, and manipulation should be addressed honestly.
The mature goal is not control. The mature goal is loving understanding and a healthier shared rhythm.
